Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Applied Kinetics collects through appliedkinetics.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website. Quotes, supply agreements, and other business dealings are covered by the terms we agree with you directly.

What we collect

• When you contact us. The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, role, the offering you’re interested in, and any project details you choose to share. If you email us, we receive whatever your message contains.
• When you book a call. Calls are scheduled through Cal.com, which collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
• When you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We don’t use analytics or advertising tools, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and work with you on your project. We use technical information to keep the site running, secure, and free from abuse. We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, and only as they need it to provide their service:

• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and handles requests to it;
• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to our team by email;
• the email and business software providers that store our correspondence.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Cloudflare keeps technical logs for a limited period under its own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing rohit@appliedkinetics.ai. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, such as the right to object to how we use your information or to complain to a data protection authority. We will respond within the time the law requires.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Cookies

The site doesn’t set its own cookies. Our cookie notice explains the few that our hosting provider may set.
